Zorg Empire

So in Reloaded now there is over 6500 inactives with 0 points (+ another 800ish with less than 10 points). There is over 8665 registered users at this moment. The universe is very cluttered at the moment, there are like 5 to 7 colonies in each system across all 9 galaxies. Can we get these cleaned up a little? At least remove the 6500 ones without any points.

I feel that removing all of them would be harmful to the really small players who are trying to actively learn raiding. Though I do agree that we should trim down probably around two thirds of them.
