inactive moon destruction

wierd idea, all inactives after say 30 days of inactivity lose all moons they owned.
i read somewhere that zorg is aiming for 45 days of inactivity and a player is deleted, so this woudl only effectively mean a 15 day period of no-moons before the account is gone anyway.
i don't see this as beneficial.
