1 Planet per Alliance controlled by the Alliance leader and his "Right Hand" man
This Planet is like a bank for the alliance
each member sends resources "of his own free will" to be used to build mines
and defenses and Cargo's only to Fleet Save the resources with,
The resources mined or in storage can be used to help players rebuild after an attack / Fleet crash
The Alliance planet could be raided by other alliances,
same as any other planet,
but the resources / DF gained / harvested would automatically be transported to the attacking alliance Plant /Bank
It would be up to the Alliance Leader and the member he appointed to protect the Alliance's wealth,
advantage;
When a member suffers a large lose,
the Alliance has resources to help him rebuild
This makes belonging to the correct Alliance a big plus
also,
Alliance Leaders would be a lot more careful "Who" they let join

Re: alliance Bank
#2when milking regulation is passed to the playerbase, many large players have a large enough stockpile to build a basic raiding fleet, we can essentially do this anyway, i like the concept, but I don't think this will be required.
Re: alliance Bank
#3i like it ,,,it would add more pvp on figuring out which planet in the entire alliance is the bank,,,so much stratedy invovled,,,i think this would be a benifeital adjustment to the game +1 from me. though there shuold be limitations to how much you can take, say it has 100 mil in each res,,,,if there is no limit what if there was a troll who took everything,,,and then immediatly lost it due too his lack of power,,,,there should be a limit of at least 5% of overall profit withdrawable,,,,this is my idea of course,,,itll be nice either way of course

Re: alliance Bank
#4Late post, sorry 'bout that, but I would like to add my two cents.
Anyway. Members have the option of donating to the alliance. This shows a "contribution level" or something like that, which you could have a rank for on the leaderboards. The alliance leader and right-hand-man can spend these alliance donations towards different benefits for alliance members. For example, you could spend x amount of metal/crystal/deut and every alliance member would have a bonus 10% extra shield integrity. This would go up to a certain point, say you could only go up to an extra 75%-100% extra shield/weapon/armor and the same bonuses could be made to ship speed as well.
Another idea: if you were allowed to do alliance attacks (from ACS depot) in standard universe, you could implement something where the alliance donations could be spent toward increasing the number of ships that can be sent from the ACS depot. LMK what you guys think, I'm wanting feedback.
Thanks!

Re: alliance Bank
#5i think its a great idea to be implemented no matter what tweeks are added....an alliance bank would add to the economy of an alliance regardless of how it works

Re: alliance Bank
#6I think that it is not needed. Just do away with the milking rule. If a player gets hit, then the alliance as a whole helps them out. Also, the milking rule, is it actually enforced? I now "certain" alliances regularly do moonshots for lesser players, they then pay the person who helped them back. This is also a breach of the milking rules, the same as supplying more than the prescribed amounts of resources as laid down in the rules. I know for a fact that it happens, keep doing moonshots until they are successful. Never enforced. If the milking rule was repealed then it wouldn't matter. If you have an excess amount of resources, surely it's up to the individual how they use/spend their resources?
Re: alliance Bank
#7moonshots are a grey area in milking is it not?
as debris share is valid for sending resources... or am i mistaken?
