Idk just another idea for Zorg tools? A research calculator like the buildings one?

And resources same use as the buildings one really

again i'd rather see development time in other areas,
tbh, research cost is easy enough to determine, often its simply a doubling cost, try asking around your alliance, the people with higher techs can find their costs and then its just maths, there are no really funky cost curves that i know of.
