anti deathstar weapon

face it even with lunar guardians deathstars are seriously overpowering...i havent got a name but heres my idea to balance off the deathstar


[name of defense]

structure points 400 000
sheild strength 100 000
attack points 360 000

rapid fire against desthstar 450
rapid fire from light fighter 5
rapid fire from heavy fighter 7
rapid fire from cruiser 2
rapid fire from battleship 10
rapid fire from battle sruiser 10
rapid fire from destroyer 20
rapid fire from bomber 50


res needed for construction

metal 500 000 crystal 250 000 deut 100 000

research needed


laser tech 15
weapons tech 15
armour tech 12
sheild tech 10


now of course this is a defense so it cant be used to attack someone but is perfect to put on a moon...this way it becomes safer from getting popped from RIP


i hope this balances out the RIP a little cause they do have rapid fire against everything but LG which arent very strong
again any feedback im always ready to face the facts if this was good r bad...any suggestions for name or tweeks are more then welcome

this will get shut off way before anyone even sees the details. LGs are meant to be over powering.

but you should really try to play it out with BC/DDs. you will see the differences.

well it doesnt have to be 450...plus as you see everything else has rapid fire against it lol...so it wouldnt necasarily mke you invincible...maybe dial attack points to 1000-6000...this way it doesnt overpower many smaller ships

RIP's are slow, the only reason you would 'need' something like this would be to block moon destroy missions, and even then given the time it takes, it's not HARD to get an alliance mate to ninja.

If the rapid fire against rips was along the lines of 'fires on each RIP once' and limited to a max of one per moon, then that would really hurt massive rip fleets (thus protecting the smaller players), but that in itself is unfair to the large players trying to take down large moons of other large players.


And note, yes the rip has rapid fire against a LOT of different ships, this is a weakness not a strength, learn how to exploit it.
