Jump Gate Moon list in order per Option menu

I am sure this was suggested before just couldnt find the thread so posting in a new thread.
Can we have the jumpgate moon selection drop down menu be ordered as per options menu?
also when are we going to get that all ships button in jump gates? last i remember it was approved.
