well as title say a propose that for 1 ruby
we can move moon to other planet where we dont have moon
if you have all moons this option you cant use

Really bad idea, just purchase a moon if you are that desperate... or get a few MS

you can move moon every 3 h for 1 ruby
however here is example
let say a get moon
on my home planet where a start
but a have colonies in each galaxy
so a move my moon to galaxy 9 let say
and build again ships on homeworld
and player again crush me and a move again to galaxy 8

I have to oppose this. Maybe for a much higher cost, like 50 Rubies, but for 1 Ruby? No way, and certainly not every three hours. Maybe once a month. Otherwise, it's just a dodge tactic for Moon Destroy missions, which give anyone being hunted a major advantage. Too powerful to be unrestricted.
