Currently, milking/ pulling rules remain in a very real sense discriminatory against fleeters.

This is due to how true fleeters are less likely to develop mines to the degree that others would. Thus, despite how fleeters very often earn more revenue than miners or turtles, it is primarily miners per the current milking/ pulling rule that can assist lower level players in an alliance. Many hope to help - but wish not to have to become miners to do so.

I suggest a simple revision: Rather than have the daily limit be one hours worth of production....

Let it instead be the average of one hours worth of revenue.

A fleeters income is fluid though you cant really average a fleeters income...

average from the previous weeks raiding stats .... this would work i think so eg 1bil is my week raiding / by 7 / by 24 simple math and fair

Your basically just reversing what your complaining about except putting miners on the other side...because they dont focus on raiding just as you dont focus on mines... -1

I don't want the miners in my alliance shouldering the burden, and the fleeters in my alliance hope to help.

If we average the revenue (something admin can double check as needed via their new device tracking missions ) - then all can send their average hourly revenue, be that from mines, raids, debris fields, the whole gamut. A simple formula can compute that average.

yes and i am a fleater but i do have mines in the making as well

-1 from me.. the existing rule is good enough for me. just if there was a better way to police over it ... like if the game could mark transfers from donations it would be way better.

for example if u send a transfer fleet their will be a game accounts balance that needs to be paid for with a set period of time. if not paid back u will be banned for milking or reverse.

the new mission i am suggesting is donations or any other word that u feel is suitable for it.. that will be audited by game engine at final fleet menu if it is within the limit it will allow the player to transfer it.

i believe the above is the only stone written solution for the issue. how much at what amount all that is just details.

like chuk reaper said we should help each others...
and when somebody got his fleet crashed we should help him too
