well that is why i want it there for certainty. i am sure like me many are their who wants to compete with the points with out the active fleets. and i do not mind if they fs thats even better right u get to be able to size up ppl for what they are.
i know it changes for alliance ranking. when ever an alliance gets disband u see ranks going up with a green +1 or +2 in the ranking.
