Some patience is needed right now for gameplay development. We have scheduled it already (late March-early April). For now our concern is to bring new players to the game.

I think that a leader of an alliance should be able to see who is or isn't online. They manage their alliance, if the members don't like it, go somewhere else. A backward step if ever there was one.
