10% minimum would certainly work for me

Why not a 15%? I often find that the biggest frustration when FS occurs becaause of the major difference between 20% and 10% speed. Something in the middle would be great.

I would +1 just a regular input box rather than a drop-down (default 100.) I don't think there should be a new or existing tech that affects that. I think the minimum speed should be 5%, for reasons stated by BFC

+1 but a normal input box would be overpowered->minimum speed should stay at 10% but 15% 25% 35% would help a LOT!

I really like this suggestion, it solves a ton of issues for the new player base that has limited options, and it opens up a whole new world for the more experienced players.
