I would agree to this if it could be per player... What you do not seem to think about is the amount of inactive moons a player could also fs to, this permutation is eminence.. Any one player could have as many as 20 moons to FS to from just one moon.. seeing as a new moon can be replaced with in seconds of the old one going 4 md mission per day on all players is so limiting as to be almost worthless.. I only asked that the MD match the allowable attacks per 24 hr period to be fair. As I said if this was to be reduced to 2 per player per day I would be good with this.. but 4 per day on all players greatly reduces gameplay and original options...jmo.
ok i have a bit of mixed feelings about this suggestion i can see both pros and cons about this idea. so i will just post my concerns not agree or disagree on this issue as i am not sure about it myself.
first of if a player has the capability to go after a fleet he should be allowed to do everything in his power to go after it. i dont have any issue with it.. but the reason why this restriction was placed was to stop players rage pop moon out of spite. for that reason i think restricting moon pops to a limit hardly makes much point unless the fleet power is not addressed.
if you ask me i would really change the moon pop equation to add factors like attacker total empire size to defenders empire size but that is my wish not how the game is or should be. anyway back to the topic...
i have fsed from g1 lower to upper to all the galaxies till g9 upper. my personal view is that at a single coordinate there is around 1-3 fs coordinates available around the galaxy at any time. considering both ally moons and inactive moons. i am not a great fleeter but i am fortunate to play along side a few really good fleeters in game so i have seen some of the actions been done in game that really shows how a good fleeter sorts out moons to find a target.
so here are few things to consider before going for number of missions.
1) finding/tracing the target players source coordinate moon/planet.
2) find the possible destination fs points own moon/ally moon/inactive moon.
3) pop the moons and go for the sure kill.
the question is is 5 moons is a sure kill or it still holds the scope for a player to really find the target and select the moons properly.
i would like to point out this fact that moon destro missions are not same as any attack missions so lets not get confused and put them in the same stage.
for me 4 moon missions on a single player is enough. cause u dont do guess work in it, you find your target and go for the kill.
