Flagships and Academies

How about an Academy building: each level allows 1x flag ship (Battlecruiser like stats and infrastrucutere basic requirements).

This could offer a 5% increas in fleet atatck and shield strength if a 'Flagship' is present in a fleet?

Code shouldn't be too hard to write?

How about flagship as above offering 1 of the following random benefits (1%/academy level but levels v expensive?):

1. Exploration boost
2. Attack boost
3. Shield boost
4. Speed boost
5. Random from this list each time
6. Defensive boost to fixed defences in system
7. Espionage level boost = academy level (when on espionage missions: allows sight into bigger players by smaller ones!)
8. Deut fuel use economy
