why is there an alliance column in circular message. its not like anyone across alliance can post in circular so that it shows its an external post.

altho i already suggested that it would be cool if hard coded alliance friends can post across circulars. not read just they have the ability to post. and alliance admin can give or revoke that right.

I love this idea. Being on great terms with BR13, being able to spam their circs with pr0n links would be awesome for pranks lol. In all seriousness though, this is a great idea and I am all for.
