Re: Galaxy View - "probe count"

Honestly speaking zorg, my personal experience is that on an average i wd get around almost 300+ probes to deal with initially. and there are feeding grounds where the total expected probe reports count wd even cross 400 easy.
So you give us a good number for the queue size? something around those numbers wd be great.

yes, very frustrating to be mass scanning and totally forgetting to check number of reports. then some strange vermin comes and eats part of the reports. not cool at all. 350 or 400 is acceptable

An alternative idea would be creating some sort of tool that allows you to export all your espionage reports at once to another location, be it a spreadsheet or a database.

the basic problem occurs when you are probed , a better solution would be to separate your probes from their probes...

you can then manage you own probe stack ... and "keep" the important ones... you then have control over the "200" limit..

from the point of view of the being probed by list.. i'm not sure what should happen when it reaches its limit... (200?)
you probably should always have access to the last 24hrs (- 72hrs) worth of being probed reports or some summarised version with some deletion delayed until you've logged back on...
