Fleet Stop Option (bouncing)

ok well i have been doing a lot of work lately (fleet wise), and it really is a bother when i am forced to send my fleet to moon then to a planet just because i don't want it phlanxed..... What if we were able to Bounce it? like railway stops (subway stations) as an example. Lets say i was to send 50 mil resources to 3 planets, what if i could send it all in one fleet slot? lets say i wanted to send the resources from 1:1:1 to the moon on that planet then to 2:1:1 then 3:1:1 then lastly 9:1:1. I could just set it to bounce from my planet to that moon then to rest of my planets and then return. In a way, an ACS transport.

Details:

Can ONLY be used in Transportation Missions
Deut. consumption cut by overall 15% then it would be to send those missions separate.
ONLY ELITE CARGO, no other ships can accompany them.

this could work
example
a send fleet to planet A,B;C
well my fleet arives in planet A in 5 min when it lands it will take some deut out that planet because you need to send it again
same as it comes to planet B it takes some deut and go again to planet C
however you need to explain what will happen if you widraw it
will it come back to first planet or it will go to B planet and then to A planet
idea is good you need to wait what others think about and can it zorg code it.

well if withdrawn it skips all stops and goes straight to main planet.....or the point of origin, it would be a little difficult to code, but not necessarily impossible. and yeah it just goes planet to planet depending on ur IGN research level, this will give the IGN more use and more value also....

i like the multiple stops idea...

you could relate it to a new research tech ... navigation control... the higher the level the more waypoints that could be included... from a lanx point of view i'd suggest that the "fleet" is visible for any leg which doesn't involve moons (like a standard movement). I'm not clear why you'd limit it to just transport missions , it would be neat to be able to recycle a complete system... or even attack several planets in a system with the one fleet...

i also not clear as to why it shouldn't be possible to do different things on the different legs,,,
ie attack a , transport to b , deploy to C

deut should come either from on board or the waypoints ... if there isn't enough the fleet stays where it "lands"

i'm not sure why the trip should be done at a deut discount..., it may even make more sense to have it done at a penalty...
