[Typo] Reloaded protection display

When trying to interact with people still in the new player protection this message is displayed.
You CANNOT attack this Player (Protection up to x5 or down to 1/5 of your points till 25k).
This is fine and dandy except the points isn't 25k anymore.

Wow, quite a bug. This happens even after the score updates?

You misunderstood. The player protection isn't 25k. It was when the server started but got nudged up. This text was never updated to show the new threshhold.
I.e trying to probe a 50k displays that message

Fleet displays
Player too weak/strong or in newcomer protection!
You can attack players with up to x5 your points or down to 1/5 your points.
Which in of itself isn't entirely true but...
