Strange that when selected, they do not have a main colony location, or any location at that. I thought that these "Non-generated" Players would have started spawning in lower G1 now that they have reached the end of G9. Some kind of bug that Reloaded has not faced until now?

Moved this to bugs and we are looking into it.

The account creation in Reloaded was bugged. Whenever one tried to register a new account, he would start without a planet. Now I understand why some complained about these accounts, thinking they were artificially created.

The good news is that only RELOADED was affected. The issue is a week old. All such accounts will be removed shortly.

The issue has been fixed in the best way possible.
