We would like to inform the playerbase that the problem the server encountered was a hardware one.
The server crashed and the hosting company judged that it would be a good opportunity to make a full inspection of the server. This needed all this time.
Such issues are rare as usually any crash can be recovered within minutes.

We had to wait for the Hosting Company to hand the control of the server back to us. We did what we had to, to maintain fairness by putting in Vacation Mode all these players that were active in the last 24 hours. We waited all this time to be able to do this alongside with a series of maintenance time to keep server speed and integrity at top level.

Our apologies for all the fuss. Normally we would say these things happen but it has been very fustrating for us too, so we can understand how many player may feel.
