Some info about beta crew:
A small group of dedicated power users who are active in both game and forums. Most of the time members of this group have a lot of ideas for the game and express strong views about how the game should be. With their volunteer testing in the Beta Server they help us implement features that are tested by them in order to preserve bug free play. Ocassionaly, they are the first line of defense against exploitations as in the past there have been a few exploitations discovered and solved by the team which lead to immediate fixes by the development team.

There are no rewards included for Beta Crew members except from the honorary title and image as well as the unique experience for being one. Beta Crew members get access to a special hidden forum where they cooperate with administration for forthcoming tests. They also get access to a beta account in our beta server.

There is not a lot of pressure for testing on the beta crew members. Except for emergency cases that may pop up anytime (and their presence will be very much needed at these times) the timeframes where they are needed are standard and similar to the heavy development ocassions which are usually up to 3-4 a year and around of a total max of 6 months which includes an actual day-to-day focus or around 20days max.

So, in a few words:
Beta crew members give us around 20 days of beta testing a year and in return they help the game progress.
