This is another informative message regarding development in Zorg Empire. Please note that we do provide this information due to the many messages we receive regarding this subject. We cannot answer such questions privately so do not expect a private answer on these questions.

Progress is not great as we have had some changes in staff which were caused from various delays in schedule. However, Beta Server is up, not running excellently yet, but experimenting has already started, with few players though. No real changes have been issued to the beta battle engine yet and this is expected to happen in the next week.

Our aim is to enable rapidfire, fix the backfire dmg, fix an issue with transports towards moon that still seems to exist (more rare than ever now though) and finally enable battle simulator. Some more fixes of lesser importance are schedulled as well. The above objectives are not only requested in order to upgrade the game you currently play but are also vital in order to create one more playing server, more friendly to new players. More specifically, current server will be named as the X-TREME Server and the new one will be named as the standard server. We already have created the graphic for the new page, you can check the demo here: http://beta.zorgempire.net/index2.php (non-functional). The new server is needed not only to provide more interest to less experienced players but also to increase our income which can only be good for the long-term survival of the game. Currently our finances are stable and there is nothing to worry about. We can support one more server in terms of manpower, so we will try to advance towards this direction. As for the date this new server will be available, we will avoid to give you a certain day or estimated time of completion, however we will let you know that we want this to happen as soon as possible. This however, prerequisites the completion of the above listed objectives.
