Simply stated in a firefight would you rather have superior manpower or superior firepower? all other aspects of said firefight would be equal such as training, experience, etc

Firepower. Nothing quite says victory like a couple 155s firing high-explosive airburst rounds at the enemy. Plus, I do believe the Russians have already proved the folly of placing numbers over firepower.
