Well honestly I think there should be some changes in the way the engines upgrade the speed of ships. I really pay close attention to tech upgrades and after you get combustion engine to lvl 20 it just gets absurd to waste a few mil resources to boost the speed of Large cargos by 750 :X I suggest instead of increasing the speed of a ship by 10,20,30% of its base value, make it an increase of 10,20,30% of the current value. That way at least when you upgrade Combustion engines for your left arm and leg, next time you'll get a bigger speed update for your right arm and leg.

I think its fine as it is... If it was too fast it would be much harder to ninja fleets etc. I think although its a nice idea it doesnt really have to many benefits.. Sorry for the negative
