Can I get a copy of the battle engine?

I'm thinkin of making a TI application to simulate battles. It wouldnt be for profit. I would post it on ticalc.org. Anyone could download it, is this ok, if so, just give the formula. If this violates the TOS, then its ok, it would just be something to waste extra time on.
