Some turn their mines down before they quit. Please make their mines productive again when they get little i beside their planet in galactic view.

-1, they are probably lowered due to energy cost so making them 100% will make little to no difference, and people who quit, I doubt take the time to turn off mines...

They lowered mines so nobody would gain resources from them and stopped playing.

In this game there is constant frenzy for resources and people get hit for them.
