I am at a loss and completely disapointed in ZE. Has everyone in ZE admin gone on holiday..?

I have posted many times with regards to the New Battle Engine failures. The fact that this new BE has changed the game beyond measure, and not for the good. Over the last week I think I have made 5 or 6 post on this subject. ALL have been ignored. Why? common decency would have been a simple reply, either from someone in the Dev team or (may be to much to ask) Zorg himself.

Further to this I have sent 2 personal message to Admin(no replay) 2 e-mails to webmaster its self with regards to players cheating. I even had an admission from one player that he was multi accounting. ZE's reply NOTHING the players are still active after 48 hrs plus. So it appears cheating is now allowed in the game. Rules are now no longer being applied. It seems to me that Zorg Empire has come to an End where their own rules are allowed to be blatantly broken. A sad sad end to what was once a great game and community.

I know the feeling. I felt the same way almost 2 years ago when we were waiting for RF to be implemented.
I sure hope you won't do the same foolish thing I did.

Imagine the people who stayed waiting for the ACS attack...

Administration may not reply to every email. We receive dozens per day and we lately have stopped replying to reports which was after all a simple thank you as we are not publishing any actions we take other from what you can see in banned page.

This does not mean we do not receive or take necessary actions. A report is never neglected and ban may not be imminent as we are never anxious to ban; we always can wait a few extra days to make sure the ban is justified. Cheating was never allowed and never will be allowed.

Regarding suggestions, our policy is always let the community give their feedback first and then we will take a position where needed. I personally spend most of my time reading suggestions and clearing out things where needed. If you feel a topic has been neglected for long, feel free to pm me the url.
