I remember when deut was actually worth something. We had to walk 20 miles in the snow in order to FS.

Can't understand kids today, with their fancy simyoolaters and shiny buttons that actually do something.

I think my spawn in ze was a bit later when things started to shape up or already was quite under way. What i have seen was this game getting its rusty insides getting cleaned up. But I do not miss those days when forum was all about glitch posts. It got tuned up alot better since those days.

I miss the days in the african wild.

There was a time when...
The unmapped universe was littered with black holes. Ships were disappearing mysteriously.
When lawlessness were abound in every empire. There were labor strikes when emperors tries to rest. There were smugglers and underground networks.
When the cargo ships had faulty vaults. The resources were leaking and and would reach their destinations with empty cargo.
When the primary goals were to build Death Stars.
When the untrained RIP crew fire directly on the shield domes' reflector. The reflected graviton destroys most of the RIP's escort ships. Even a veteran squadron of Light Fighters can take down a RIP.
The RIP was deemed underdeveloped and were labeled "useless" until a redesign was developed.

Not to forget that there were lots of cheaters back in the days.
