I have a question for you all:

When is attacking concidered bashing?

Why do I ask? Quite simple, Omphalos has been attacking me 2-3 times a day now since the 10th of August 2010 on the same planet in 8:187:13. I believe Omphalos is using my planet in that same system as a fleet save, however, is this concidered bashing or a daily allowed attack of 5?

Posting of techs, fleet sizes, and coords isn't allowed. If you want someone to stop his attacks, PM them.

And bashing is only when you get hit more than five times on a planet.

Attacks that are completely destroyed and IPMs don't count towards the bashing rule.

And its max 5 times per planet not player.

5 Per planet or moon. Your same co-ords can get hit 10 times (sucessfully) so long as 5 are on the moon and 5 on the planet. There are unlimited failed attacks if they are completely destroyed.

I hate to sound loophole-y but what if it is like 50 BS vs 1000 LL (the 50 BS get destroyed but take a few hundred LL with it)? Does that count towards your bashing hits even though all your BS get destroyed or is it just 0 loss defensive hits?

Either way why the hell would you FS to a non-allied planet when there is a DF (empty or not doesn't matter) chilling right there that they won't risk being killed for >.>...

Completely destroyed attacks are not counted. So if you want to waste BS like that, go ahead lol

If they have no defence cant you just hit them over and over?

Once again, timestamps. And no, you can only hit them five times.
