A 2M debris field gives max percentage on creating a moon but does this also produce the max size moon? Or should we arrange bigger attacks if we want bigger moons?
And is the debris field cummulative for moonshots?
OK, NuBQs but I did look at the collected posts on Moons and if it was answered I missed it. Thx.

The size of the DF doesn't contribute to how big it is and no; always rec your DF.
Biggest moon possible is 10k km.
