4. Bashing
It is not allowed to attack any given planet or moon owned by a player over 5 times in a single 24 hours period.

does this mean i can attack players planets 5 times each or just the player 5 times i am kinda confused and so are a couple members of my alliance

You can attack each planet 5 times.

planet and moon actually, so you can attack a planet 5 times, then attack that same planets moon another 5 times, and not be breaking the bashing rule

Attacks that are completely destroyed (such as moon shots) don't count towards the bashing rule either.
