When you want to send a fleet out, there are three steps you have to go through first.

Picking the types of ships you want to send, picking the location, and choosing the mission.

On the second step, right over the continue button, it says, ACS attack.

This was just brought to my attention. Can someone explain this?

ACS Attack is a feature that hasn't been incorporated yet- if ever.

Yeah, probaly won't ever be utilized.
