Is it the real Mintaka? I doubt it but can someone confirm if he knows.
That would be cool but oh well.

I think it was established that he was an imp. The way he talked and his knowledge weren't of that of the old Mintaka. That and the forum account hasn't been accessed since August.

I saw this too and PMed him about a month ago. The response that I got was to the effect of "Who is Mintaka?" about the original. I don't think this is the old Mintaka.

Based on the total lack of point gain, its a definite no.

Maybe he has a 1mill fleet stashed away....

it is not the real mintaka...he would NEVER establish all his colonies in a 2 sector span for 1 and it has been there a few months now..since my ninja of the old player numberone..august septemberish

i dought the old mintaka would come back under the same name. all the high end people would do their best to keep him down lol. i don't know of mintaka's rath i started to play shortly befor he dropped to inactive :/ although at that time he was still a scary dude and it took squarrel awhile to pass him
