I just started the game and know nothing... I followed the Just Joined guide and have started making shields and stuff... There is so much I wish to learn and so much I can't acheive without others! I wish to find an experinced player to take me under their belt and guide me... If you wish to do this task you will be very much thanked and once my training is done I will repay you somehow...

The term is "take me under their wing"- what you wrote sort of creeps me out.

Join an alliance. Its what they are all about.

As for the actual question, ask some of the top players for support. The forum moderators are great, and nice, players who would help you along. I don't know about guiding you, but if you have questions, they are great people to ask. Their is also the help forum which can be used to answer any of your questions, but before you post a topic, search the help section to make sure someone else hasn't asked and had it answered before.
