I fleet saved 2 mil deut for 22 hours. I don't remember the exact time, but it was a few hours ago. I couldn't sleep so I came on the computer and remember the 2 mil deut sitting their...But it isn't sitting their...and my cargos are back. I reported it to web admin, but I thought the bug was issued a fix.

They said it was, but it isn't, obviously.

Friend of mine lost about 120 mil in res because of it. He managed to get the admins to refund it all, though.

It isn't fixed. I think it just happens less often.

Funny thing is that it is the first time that it has happened to me...

It happened to me and I lost a half mil.

In the "Announcements" forum, "Regarding Transport Bug" topic, the Admins stated that a full logging system has been implemented regarding all missions that involve resources (very good job on their part).
In my humble opinion, the above implies that they are in position to reimburse every such case, as they know the exact amount of the resources involved.
However, this is just my opinion.

In the last 7 days, we have had more than 200 000 transport missions and 3 reports.

We are still working on the issue. It happens very rarely now and we are trying to detect where. Report ALL losses. Even if pitty ammounts are included.

I 'd like to report a similar behaviour that happens from time to time, maybe it is related to the bug in question and is of some help:
Sometimes, the res don't add up correctly. For example, a planet has 826 000 metal.
I transport 20 000 000 metal to the planet, and it ends up with 20 000 826 metal.
I will report the specific case if it happens again.
I 'm also posting the same under the correct forum topic.

*Serious* I'd like to thank the Zorg Admins. for the quick response, I remember I had the same problem but when I send them an Email they refunded me within 5 mins. I was so happy and impressed with the admins. that day.
