Mintaka stop CHEATING!!!

How is he continually spying on me eventhough he has more than 5x my points. I saw his fleet coming towards me (red words in overview) to espionage me. This has been happening during the systems update, and anyone who takes advantage of the bug is cheating. O posted it here instead of the help section so more people would see it. He has done this more than 7 times eventhough I have repeatedly asked him to stop. Just because he is #1 right now doesn't mean he can cheat!
