most likey will return ..just need a few days to absorb it all..i will not discuss or post the followup response but lets just say not only did it say i 'was attempting' to cheat i was an ignorant 1 at that...i sent Slash a PM and he is welcome to post the bottom portion of that here if he wishes so people can understand what it is i am about..to the people that sent pms encouragin me not to quit and offers of pulling...a mans pride..mainly mine..will not allow such things to happen..

Not to mention the 'ignorant' rubies refunded will go along ways in an Empire Reborn situation!

So, I'll say what I can and mean what I say:

gumppy, you are one of those people that makes the community worth showing up for. Your positive outlook and can-do attitude are the kinds of things that make our alliance the best in the game. No one who has talked to you for any length of time thinks you could have possibly cheated.

I'm glad you were given some payback. But it isn't enough to repay for the loss of your empire. The insult to your integrity is an insult to this entire community. And for that, there is no payback in any form.

I hope you choose to stay.

Damn well said Slash, i wholeheartedly agree. I do hope you choose to stay gumppy, my protest however, will continue.

that happened to one of our Alliance members when we first started playing, and i can assure you we have never or will we cheat at this game, and all we were told to do was send an email to the webmaster email thing, to no avail.
and protest we did was only replied to it is an "auto detect" thing or something like that. is that what happened to you too gummpy?

Yeah, there are some strange things that happen in the game and I have gotten a few "attempted cheating" messages. One was when I was just trying to get out a bunch of attacks on Inactives out and I may have hit a wrong button or something. I am not sure. However, I am glad that I did not lose my Empire because of it.

I PMed the Admin both times. Don't remember exactly what the other one was, but I think they were both in the fleet screen.

yes i also got that message @ 4 weeks ago khan and got right on the email but got no response as to why it came....what i can tell everyone is they told me there is no way to track what we have or will have...its automated..although i understand they are wanted to rid/and keep cheaters away..they can't even tell me what 'cheat' happened..or will not say if they do know

as for me coming back..have to wait out the min time on V-mode...before ya know it you'll be seeing red text from a Gumppy attack!

I agree with Slash and I 'm so glad gumppy decided to give it a shot.
I 'm still thinking of what my manner of protest will be, it's a pity though that we can't have a topic to discuss this issue with the whole community due to the rules that apply and should be followed by all.

I hereby ask the moderators and the admins if I can make positive suggestions regarding rule violation policies, maybe in the "Game Suggestions" forum.

Trust me Templar, if i didn't value being a moderator i would be throwing it out there as much as a possibly could. Though i am sure my services can be put to better use without a shiny b next to my name.
