if a inactive that has been inactive a long time has a name you want we should be able to take it, yes?

Personally, I see no problem with it. As it is, queries have been raised before regarding active players, the taking of their names. "Trolling". Which is of course, against the rules. But when raised previously, the powers that be were not interested.

So, taking an inactive players moniker, if they don't see a problem with actives, how can it be any worse than taking an inactive's name?
