Actually, when I was a moderator for that "similar game" it was illegal for a loser to post a hit- for many of the same reasons posted in this topic. It is indeed bad etiquette and, I believe it shows poor sportsmanship.

But obviously that viewpoint isn't shared by too many in the community, so I'll retract the proposal and offer this topic for closure at the moderator's discretion.

I didnt know it was illegal, I seen people do it from time to time ad they got slated by the community. I suppose the difference is that with CRs in that game, you mush post fleet composition too. I dont think you should retract the suggestion, I dont think it should stay the way it is.

Make it a 24 hour window before the loser can post the CR.

i guess my point of view is much different since i am a fresh player and have had no prior experience with similar games

Like SBT this is my 1st game of this type...the revised proposal of the 24 hour window would go over much better in the communitty then to say someone can not post 1 of thier CR's all together. the window idea is alot smoother imo

whether I am winner or loser, how big, or how small, whether i'm top 100, top 50, top 10 or #1, I could care less if you post or not. Get the game skills that allow you to prosper, continually put yourself on the left column of a CR and have some fun!! If I hit you and you are the loser..post away if you feel to. If I get hit and I'm the loser, i'll post if i feel to as well.

Limiting one's freedom just because he lost the battle, does not sound right to me.
