We are quite happy with our new members for now but we prefer to know who we are recruiting, we dont just accept anyone in the top 30 or so. Everyone we recruited we have gotten to know over a period of time.

It seems that no matter what happens, those who are outside of the situation, whether it be war or alliance, seem to want to control, comment as experts, or seek free intelligence on the matter. If you want to know what is up with ~V~, I would suggest that you meet the standards for joining them and you can find out from those who know.
