i think it should be capped at 12 for now at least, they serve no purpose after that other than boosting the points far beyond what they would (and should) be, its a bit like playing a bug too i think and capping it would just bring everybody back into line on the rankings without having a bad effect on them in any other way.

a few small oversights are expected on a new game but this one has an easy fix, just cap them at 12 and everything is sorted, they wouldnt have that many if the price was right in the first place and they still saved lots of cash building 12 before the price was noticed so its a win all around that way.. :)

and it does say that you shouldnt play bugs, the guys that bought more than 12 research labs did so because they knew it was cheaper than it should have been, no other techs are gained after 12 so why build more before the rest of your techs are done.. ;)
