Sorry the lf and sc killed the rip the rip chance % fells each time sim at different lvls at lower wsa lower lf and sc are lost higher the wsa more losses this down to each ship wsa but run some Sims with ur against fleets u will find in game it a good battle engine once u work it out and check out the acs too

I've already checked the ACS - it's even buggier...
