I am using FF 9.0.1 and I think I may have found the issue with FF and the lag times. I noticed that everytime I have these issues, I look at the about page in options and FF is updating. Just a heads up for you Zorg.

#16The indication at the galaxy page is not affected by the browser at all. It is server problem. Read my post above.
With upgraded version, general performance will be improved. Ductape and Megamedes, you get this kind of lag regularly ? How long it lasted before getting back to normal (times <0.5 seconds) ? Where is your location ? Can you do a ping from your pc to Zorgempire.com, ZorgEmpire.net, ZorgEmpire.org and post here your results ?

Okay, there have been a lot of work on the server performance lately. We track lag and interfere regularly.
There was some lag earlier today and it has been some time since we have witnessed it.
Generally, we will continue monitoring to see how it goes after the upgrade; it should go better despite the extra data, due to the improved approach.
If not,we already got some solutions at hand which will depend on how the period Jan-Feb-March will close financially.

I did not meant to sound terrifying. It is just that X-TREME consume/produce ratio is a bit off balance in order to justify more spending.
Sometimes, simply bringing friends over can be the same.
While more players consume more resources, even if they do not buy rubies we still want them as we cut off on advertising budget and advertising budget is always greater than server budget.
