Re: Recalled probes still cause activity.

Just think if like I said, the wheels on your car were square. Then you think, round would be better. But no, they've always been square, then they must be right! lol.

The question I asked a few DAYS ago now has not been answered, the same as the flaw/fault/bug that you pointed out. Again, what is the point of the timer in the first place?

Doomrager, you got it messed up. What anti bot has to do with concealing activity?

This whole fleet activity concept is not in our approach at all. For example, when you log in, you get an asterisk. Where is fleet activity there?

The asterisk helps you, when you are online. It helps you easily keep track of the raided planets and if someone else is messing around in the same time. You cannot safely assume if a player is online. If you also use it to predict a ninja attack, so be it.

You can't know who and you definitely cannot tie this with real fleet activity. For this, there is another tool called Phalanx.

There is no point making asterisk count only for fleets that arrive at the target by the time that the asterisk can be affected by any player. Due to multiple players affect, It is a priori a factor that you cannot safely rely on. Only get alerted. However this is accomplished regardless, with current functionality.

Thank you. THis makes perfect sense, with regards to this paragraph. "The asterisk helps you, when you are online. It helps you easily keep track of the raided planets and if someone else is messing around in the same time. You cannot safely assume if a player is online. If you also use it to predict a ninja attack, so be it. "

However, the "activity counter" showing "activity" when there has been no "activity". Does not make the slightest sense whatsoever. In fact it's total lunacy.

It might be difficult to implement, having activiy showing when there has been no activity, is daft. Either have it or don't have it.

I agree with you, Mightyoz. It's deliberately misinforming players which makes no sense to do. It takes away a lot from the gameplay, strategy and even depth imo.
