Avatar and profile editing

I don't know if I am just missing the boat completely on this one but I can't seem to find where to edit my profile or my avatar anywhere... It's not under options and I didn't see any help on finding this stuff so I am completely lost

Top of the screen you should see your IGN click that and it will take you to your profile edit sceen.

Dang I looked everywhere else, the IGN on overview, options, and other stupid places but it never occurred to me that it would be up there... Thanks
