Change name/delete planet?

sorry if this has been asked before (in my defense I did search first), but can someone please tell me how to delete a planet or at least change the name from Colony to something else? Thanks in advance.

If you click on the name of the planet (at the top) on the overview screen,
you will be brought to a new menu that provides those options
