#1Ok, I hate asking noob questions but I checked the threads and cant find the answer to this one. Do I need to build a new research lab on every colony to get the benefits of my already researched technologies on every colony?

#2No. Researches are universal. It can never me removed once it is unlocked.

#4With Intergalactic Research Network, you will want more than one to reduce research time. You will not want any more research stations than your level in IRN, however:
