Is there a system in place to authorize legitimate res transfers that might otherwise look like illegal activity?

For example:

Two players spend large amount of res for IPM's to reduce an entrenched player. Player A brings in substantially more of the reward than player B, but is more than willing to even out the deal by shipping res. How is that done without breaking the rules?

As long as it's part of either...
A: Trading and the equal merchant/forum trade is given.
B: Players are receiving res based on the help they gave into the fight/win/loss (sharing profit).
