Who can attack who?

Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to find. The question is can anyone attack anyone or is there some limit based on points? I’ve seen two references, but the context just left it confusing. I saw a post talking about plus or minus 5% and someone mentioned “everything changes after 10k points”. I’m at your mercy.

To be honest u confeused me like ****:)Only thing u should know is players that are active until 10k points are safe and cannot be attacked,if ur not active u can be a target.After 10k let God help u:)

a lil bit more info on the attack thing.
until 10K the player protection will protect you from being attacked or probed by players who have points more than 5 times of urs or less than 1/5 of urs.
so if u have point 8000 then players above 40.000 points cannot attack/probe you or players bellow 1600.

So a 100 point player can attack or be attacked by anyone from 20 points to 500 points?

That would be a yes. On a side note, in Xtreme universe the player protection extends to 100k points, but the 1/5 / 5x rule still applies.
