Why the others pages are fast and ZE is slow

i loaded the forum 3 times and Zorgempire one time and my internet is 4 mbps
i dnt know why?

may be its the internal network hopes that are slow to ze.
u do not go to all pages with the same route. also between countries the routes always vary and is not same always.
