Zorg Empire

i think i found a bug, but since i was so unsure i posted here.
I used a colony ship and colonized a planet.
then when i tried to do it again on a different planet, it didnt work!
How?
it wouldnt say "Colonize" in fleet mission panel.

The target of the colonize mission must be an empty slot. You cannot colonize other people's planets.
